johnatong
I am unsure what you are asking about and am unsure why you say a land border entry is not available to you. Why not ( as you are from Singapore) get the TV from Singapore ? Are you aware Singaporeans can enter Thailand visa exempt ?
visarunner
what makes you think that you can not enter Thailand via land border? You can get a SETV from Phnom Penh, provided you have only one or two previous SETV in your current passport.
ubonjoe
Not sure why you think you cannot enter Cambodia at a border crossing. You get a 30 day visa exempt entry by land or air. See: https://www.evisa.gov.kh/Visa_Exemption_Popup.aspx For Thailand you would get a 15 day visa exempt entry by land or 30 days by air without a visa. Your tourist visa for Thailand is also free due to a bilateral agreement.

I had 2 in my passport back to back from Laos so I am thinking if I can do it in Cambodia. i am going to Cambodia for 2-3weeks before coming back back to Thailand again so does that help in getting a Setv to come back? jacksam
In Cambodia some people opt for using an agent. It is not expensive. Some feel its the preferred path.
