Have been enjoying this for a while but the past few weeks says " cant fetch try a different window"

Have uninstalled and downloaded again a few times but to no avail

Am on Asus Memopad

Any ideas if can do something to get it working

I know free things don't last forever

Is this an App from the Play Store?

Or somewhere else?

Its not from playstore, just download and hundreds of movies and shows are available.

A good TV app for android is Mobdro. You can also use it on windows using the bluestacks app. Free to download and you get all the UK Sky films, sport and other stuff and other sat channels. You get a few ads but what do you expect for free thumbsup.gif

I also use Mobdro for news channels but TV portal I find has far more movies and shows selections.

The app has been discontinued, that's why it doesn't work anymore.

Cheers Berty, such a shame as so much on there and all for free. As above Mobdro is still available but I tend to get buffering problems plus adverts but it is still free so cant complain

You might look for Kodi media center. It is the continuation of XBMC and has a huge community behind it. I've recently ordered a Raspberri Pi 3 and it is the best media center I have ever had. And all that for just over 2000 baht. Kodi runs on lots of platforms including linux, Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone, and lots of embedded devices such as the Raspberry. Installation is fairly easy and with plugins such as Exodus (movies, series) and SportsDevil (live sports streams) you have all the online content there is to find! Offline content can be all arranged into beautiful libraries for movies, series, music etc. Fun fact about the Raspberry Pi: you can control it with your tv remote. In fact that is the standard way because it doesn't come with its own input device. The Kodi user interface is highly customizable with lots of skins to choose from. Look on the SEO-Michael website for a ton of information. Kodi installations for the Raspberry Pi can be found in the forms of OpenElec and LibreElec. Their respective sites give clear information how to install on a Raspberry Pi.

Or buy an Amazon Firestick, because not everyone wants to fumble around with a Raspberry, not to mention the additional power supply, case, etc.

All devices need a power supply, the Firestick included. A Raspberry case costs 300 baht and literally means connecting 4 plastic parts together as easy as LEGO.

Yes there is a learning curve setting the thing up, I give you that. But people who are a little bit computer literate won't say it's a difficult process. Besides it's fun to learn something new. The result is a pretty advanced media player and probably the coolest part is that it's backed by a huge community of users and developers. That means loads of skins, plugins and what not. And plenty of how-to's and other instructions to guide you through it. Once it's set up it just works like an integral part of your tv that literally everyone can learn to use in a matter of minutes.

But it's still a hobbyists tool so the best advice for someone who is simply looking for TV is to buy something that's plug and play.

It's been discontinued, which you'd know if you read the thread properly.

There's always the option of buying a preconfigured RPi loaded with all kinds of useful plugins. Hmm I smell new business here in LOS. :)

Nice although I think those heavily modded RPi's with all sorts of hardware modules are very much a niche market. Fully loaded multimedia devices offered in a proper online shop on the other hand...

Aah, the old "fully loaded", the curse words of the Kodi community.
