Urgently in need of an oxygen bottle - with oxygen

A friend of mine is in desperate need of an oxygen bottle. He is currently in hospital, which is costing him a fortune because he can't get his empty one filled as all the stores are closed due to Songkran.

Just wondering if anyone out there has a spare bottle that he could borrow for a few days.

I know I'm asking the impossible - but you never know.
