Rocket Industries at Ocean Marina do all types of shade cloth,run by an Aussie called Grant.

Grant should go along and pitch his products at the new Hooters on Beach. Their front deck is a bit hot between 3 PM and sunset. That or lay a faux wooden deck over all that ceramic out front.
