cyberfarang
I knew full well this would happen. As soon as Songkran was over water supplies area by area are going to run dry. And what about these wind and rain storms. How can we protect ourselves against those? Now people are going to panic and start storing water that will deplete the water supplies even sooner. chainarong
And the people are worried about Prayut , unfortunately the horse has bolted as far as the water situation is concerned, a dereliction of duty from previous governments, that rode on the horses back in good seasons has now reared its ugly head, big time, a little too late for Thailand and I might add surrounding countries who are in similar circumstances, and for the same reason, Bad Government administration, seeing el Nino isn't going to help for at least 2 maybe 5 more years, looks like cloud seeding is the only hope......................................................................... ... 55Jay
Suggesting people in a drought stricken area should collect and save rain water, is probably unnecessary. Doing so on virtually the last day of the 18-21 April storm warning period...........
Srikcir
Time for Prayut to dispatch the royal unrainmaking air force.

Nobb
It sounds like he is more worried about the rain water than the people. Without rain his legacy will end as a failure but maybe Buddha has some thing to do with it!
