I have been trying to contact Tesco Lotus for months, firstly to change my Club Card Address, and also to find out about a recent Express Promotion, have been waiting for months for a Product from the last B-Duck Promo, all I can get from our Local Store is No Have. and the Blank Stare.

Head Office Phone just goes into a loop, The Email does not work, the Fax Does not work!

Getting Very Frustrated, I understand this is a common problem for Ferang!

Can somebody get me a number that will work, Please!

Have used this a couple of times and have received sensible replies via email.
