It has happened a couple of times in Sweden that unauthorised people have been employed in hospitals; the most well-known one was an Italian professor who was a doctor, but faked the results of his studies. Most of those migrants in Sweden have to go through very hard tests, including Swedish language, even if they can show documents that they are authorised doctors or nurses from their home country. You are stating that the Swedish healthcare associations, as well as municipal and county council associations, say we are already severely understaffed, and that you are threatening to expel 1/3 of our staff.
