SunsetT
In my experience, If they can get it, a good friendly english speaking pharmacist should order it for you if you ask. Failing that, have you tried ordering it online?
KhunBENQ
Both "Hypercor" and "Cancor" gave me a good headache to identify what it is. Hypercor no idea (only food supplements, diet pills or vitamins found). Cancor? -> Concor? A blood pressure medication/betablocker? Active ingredient "Bisoprolol"? Another brand name which seems known in Thailand is "Zebeta". Zebeta is surely available in Thailand. Khon Kaen: when you walk from the Kosa Hotel toward Sri Chan rd. (through the passage with the tukcom building on the right) there is a small pharmacy left hand about half way. The male(!) pharmacist there is somewhat knowledgeable. Of course you better have a package of your stuff with you. I am not living in the city and maybe some local can give more hints. Found a thread about pharmacy in Khon Kaen. KhunBENQ
On the other hand: with the existing pack (showing the 5 mg Bisoprolol) you can also walk in to one of the pharmacy corners at Watsons, Boots found in the tukcom building opposite Kosa Hotel and (maybe) in Central world. Central World: TOPS in the basement has a pharmacy counter also. Good chance they speak some English. Another pharmacy corner is at Big C first floor. Price: bloody cheap. If all fails you can't save to go to a clinic, see a doctor. Edited April 26, 2016 by KhunBENQ

Martyjustice
Pulnamin. As most will tell you research your meds and write down the generic names. Not the brand names. They change from country to country. Even tylenol in the US to paracetamol in the UK. Same thing different names.
Martyjustice
Ignore my previous statement. Researched Hypercor. Is a vitaman supplement made in US (by the contact us phone number). The OP will do better without it or just a multivitamin. Sold as weight loss med. Reviews aren't that great

"5 mg" really does not sound like the vitamin stuff. Waiting for feedback from the OP.

pulnamin4
HYPERCOR 5 mg (not HIPERCOR ) is a generic drug (Beta blocker ) equivalent to BISIPROLOL 5 mg. It s made in Thailand by Sriprasit Pharma in Samut Sakhon.
pulnamin4
Typo it should read BISOPROLOL
KhunBENQ
Typo it should read BISOPROLOL As I suggested. And as I see you already have a package from a Thai manufacturer. Just take it to one of the pharmacies as listed. The website of the company is a bit useless as I can not find the product there (HYPERCOR). That's why also Google had to give up. Another brand name in Thailand: Novacor (Tri Medical company). Edited April 27, 2016 by KhunBENQ
