Here's relevent for you, I wouldn't sell the present house for less than 3M now, which is 50% return. Nor would I sell the lots, now for less then 500k, ~30%, or 700k once road is in, so 100% profit. Comparable sales don't mean much, as don't what their cost was. I know our profits, and way better than money sitting any where. Or risk investing. Never lose on land, as they are making any more.
