Security Guard Monitoring System

Featured Replies

Hi Folks

The security guard at our resort keeps going "walk about" during his working time (if he isn't sleeping)

So we need a system where he "has" to check into a monitoring device every 30-60 minutes at either end of the resort.

Can anyone suggest a system......and where to buy it

Many thanks

Various models from this manufacturer: http://www.hipglobal.co.th/index.php/products-group/security-system-se/patrol who is the market leader in Thailand as far as I know.

As usual in Thailand, no transparency at all about pricing. When I checked for suppliers I got quotes differing by 100% or more for the same item.

Watch out for scams/overpricing in relation to the RFID disks that you need to place at the points where the guard "checks in". You should probably look for a package price that includes as many of these as you need.

I should add that this place on Thepprasit sells these sorts of things: https://goo.gl/maps/gUnHBpb5gpT2 and the guy who runs it seems fairly reliable.
