Needs a bit of welding, drilling and cementing into slab. Simple job, unfortunately my regular contractor is mai-sabai.... Thank you kindly. There's plenty of them, they obviously have access to pieces of steel as needed. As for the concrete, it's something you can do by yourself (post is a bit unspecific). Buy a couple of packs of ready-made mortar at HomePro as needed at 30 Baht per kg, and maybe a spatula and a wee bucket at 20 Baht each. That part is not rocket-science.
