At least we have power now, But the voltage is all over the place! Turned off swimming pool pumps and various fans as not enough power to run them, if you have the same problem you may need to turn them off else they will burn up as not enough voltage to run them.

Low voltage should not be a problem for fans - that is how there speed is controlled - will just run slower. Pumps and compressors like AC and refrigerators are what should really be turned off.
