Hi

Whenever a poster uses a gift file it never works for me.

If, for example, someone posts a clapping gif then I get an empty box. If there's a gif of a cat falling off a table then I just get a tiny image with a horizontal bar.

I'm using a Samsung S6 running marshmallow.

Which program do you use on your phone to view the forum ?

I have the same problem on my iPhone with the Thaivisa APP

It doesn't run?

On PC browser (Firefox) the runner runs.

On PC Browser yes it runs, but this is what I see on iPhone (Thaivisa APP)

Edit: I just checked Safari (on iPhone) and there the runner Runs

I get the same MJCM. On my Thai Visa application on my phone it's just a tiny static image in the middle of of larger box with gif in the bottom right. I'm using the standard ThaiVisa app from the play store.

I should have mentioned that I have the same experience on my LG phone.

From my understanding TV app is based on Tapatalk and looking into it appears to be a limit there also and only shows the first frame. Will run some tests.

Using Thaivisa App Pro edition it shows as a static issue so it is a limitation of the app. However if I click on the GIF it does bring it up a very tiny animated version. The one above is an remote linked image rather than an attachment. Will add as an attachment also to see how it behaves.
