KORAT:-- The story of a hero dog who apparently saved a girl from rape has touched the hearts of people online.

Suphawadee Hormwiset or "Pa U", 55, who is well known in Nakorn Rachasima for looking after stray and injured dogs has shared her story about a five year old brown and white dog called "Go-Go" who came into her possession after suffering two broken back legs, Daily News reported.

The kind dog lover said that Go-Go had been the faithful pet of a beautiful "pretty" who rented a room in the city. She had raised the loyal hound since he was a puppy until one night near the end of last year when an intruder entered her property.

Only the intervention of the dog prevented the girl from being raped and robbed, said Suphawadee. The would be assailant then fled but not before Go-Go had been attacked with a heavy object and seriously injured causing blood to pour from his mouth.

The ungrateful girl, however, left him for dead and moved out quickly. Some time after when Suphawadee found out about the severely injured animal she stepped in to look after him at her sanctuary.

Should people wish to help Go-Go or any of some 100 other dogs in Suphawadee's care, she can be contacted on 087 877 5714.

Briffault's Law in action, seems it applies to dogs, as well as men.

Refers to animal to animal not animal to human.

It would seem you missed the point ! smile.png

I really dont get this story How did they know she was almost raped since she fled from her room and left the dog there

This is very poor reporting but typical for a Thai journalist

if it wasn't so badly written in English and Thai i would have helped.

This looks more like a a very wrong made up story for money raising.

Would be more believable if there was a foundation name behind it.

Please post an example of your "excellent " Thai writing/reporting smile.png

Briffaults Law --- It is important to understood if a woman is receiving no continued flow of benefit, attention, resources from a man…. he ceases to exist to her. A man may be in a personal relationship with a woman, where she may have lived with (or “loved”) him under the presumption that it is his inherent personhood which mattered to her.

It didn’t.

The “relationship” only exists for as long as he provides a benefit and fills a specific or useful purpose. When that benefit is no longer provided by the male, no relationship (not even a civil or friendly one) takes place. This is why it’s possible to live with a woman for years with whom he may think he is “investing” his time and dedication, and once the benefit is no longer provided – or desired, because she found a suitable replacement – she will completely detach herself as if no association ever existed.
