May 11, 201610 yr There is no concerted campaign to get the message across, they pop up at long weekends, not that they'd do much good as the mentality is pretty ordinary when it comes to driving a vehicle, the turn indicator lever acts more as a handbag holder than a indication of where they are going to turn , and I am always on my tribes back to use it , however this project of shock treatment is pretty good and should be given a try , elsewhere in the free democratic world , the do gooder's would be cryin in their Moo soup about privacy , however the shock will only last till the next time they or their mates have a guts full of piss................................................
