A lot of people have been looking for water kefir grains, which they sell. They also sell 15 grams of milk kefir grains for 400 baht. People who brew kefir in high room temperatures will eventually kill their grains. A lot of people who I gave grains to over the years managed to kill them. It tastes like the real deal, but has a 1 month shelf life and doesn't continue to ferment in my fridge, so I wonder how live and pro-biotic it is. I am making my own with variable success!
