Where Do Thai Employers Go To Get Info On Employing Farang?

Featured Replies

hello all.

is there a place where Thai employers can go to get needed information and forms for hiring non-Thai employees?

Your help is appreciated.

What exactly do you mean by "needed information"?

Are you referring to work permits and visas etc? Or references? ....

If you can clarify those points perhaps we can help.

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, basically we're trying to find out where to go to know all the rules and regulations on issueing work permits, as well as details on the application process itself.

I remember seeing or hearing of a specific department within the government that handles all these things, but I forget the name or where it is.

Any info would be sincerely appreciated.

Go see your lawyer - that's what we do. It's much better to bounce stuff off a lawyer than showing your hand to immigration.

Same for labor law, company law etc. That's what lawyers are for, after all.

PM me if you need an English speaking Thai lawyer in Bangkok that is savvy in immigration & work permits.

Cheers

Pedro
