toryboy1979
At a date within the next couple of months I will be going to the Amphur Bang Rak to obtain an administrative divorce. As I do not understand the language sufficiently to complete this exercise I believe an interpreter will be necessary as I doubt that the Amphur officials speak English. So I would be grateful if anyone living in Bangkok or for that matter anyone who has gone through the same exercise at Bang Rak could advise me on how to approach this particular matter. Having married at this same Amphur I understand I will need my copy of the Marriage paper and my passport and to arrive there very early in the morning. Correct? Many thanks
Scouse Twoccer
Pretty sure that you will need the original marriage certificate. You will also need your wife to be there, you can't divorce her unilaterally.
