Bars Open Tonight?

Anybody know if the bars are open tonight?

I just went by a short time bar aka a place where sexual favors are offered in the bar itself, in full public view, and it was not going to open due to the holiday. This so called "bar" normally sells booze but I don't know if they open without booze being available on other holidays, selling only the sexual favors. It gets complicated because of the "barfine" or "bar share" if you wish to call it that. Do the pimps want money even on a National holiday? I honestly don't know. I'll go by LK Metro in a few hours and see if anything is going on.

I heard from a friend that works service in a gogo bar in WS that "some" gogo bars will be opening at midnight tonight. Hopefully you ca hang on till then.
