BANGKOK: -- A route 127 bus from Bang Bua Thong to Banglampuu collided with a pick up in Bangkok on Sunday evening injuring nine people.

Police in the Phra Nakorn area called to the scene on the Sip Sam Hang road coming into the city found a badly damaged pick-up and fifty metres away an air bus that had mounted the central reservation reported Thairath.

All six passengers and the driver of the pick-up were hospitalised along with the driver and one other person on the bus.

Police are waiting for the injured to recover sufficiently from their injuries before further investigations take place into the cause of the accident.

We need a crackdown on traffic accidents. Oops. Forget what I said.

We need something else instead: better drivers to begin with, regular vehicle checkups, better trained police... oh well, who am I fooling? ssdd

Thats a no brainer the bus rear ended the pick up truck, end of investigation.

Oh sorry I forgot, this is Thailand.facepalm.gifOnce the 8 people recover, they will provide the Police eight different versions of the accident.thumbsup.gif

Where are all the witnesses? Can't they ask the passengers what happened at the hospital? I'm sure the driver was not at faultwhistling.gif Waiting for the driver to turn himself in.
