OSMEP organizes seminar on STRONGER SMEs First Station

BANGKOK, 25 May 2016, (NNT) - Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP) Director Salinee Wangtan presided over the opening ceremony for a seminar on STRONGER SMEs First Station linking with CLMV.

She said the OSMEP plans to help strengthen the growing SMEs. The seminar will encourage SME entrepreneurs to improve themselves further.

The OSMEP aims to raise quality standards for products and services first and to help the entrepreneurs expand their businesses to the neighboring ASEAN countries later.

The OSMEP director added that the seminar focused on the linking Thailand with the fellow ASEAN states, especially the so-called CLMV, which stand for Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam.

The OSMEP will look to expand the potential SME businesses into the neighboring countries.
