Personal Trainer

Featured Replies

I'm looking for a personal trainer who will come to my domicile a few times a week to get me started on a program.

I've been to all styles of gyms and am not interested in that again.

I'm already in pretty good shape...can be better!

Prefer English speaking or thereabouts.

I know I could go to the gyms around time and talk to their trainers and see if I can get someone to come over.

Thought I'd ask the experts first.

Cheers,

Blubythebay in Chiang Mai
