It's getting old now

AMORN in Tukcom says, hesitantly, 1 week and about B500 or he can repair he (thinks) says.

Any alternatives please? Thanks

Take it to a True shop and they may replace it free of charge.

A friend recently tried that for his old one and the pleasant lady on Suk in the electrical store opposite INDEX said they couldn't. I find the TRUE shop opposite Big C Extra Klang most unhelpful. I will try both and revert

that nice lady I referred to above solved my problem - thank you ma'am.

For reference if one rents a TRUE decoder box they will bend over backwards. If you own the box(es) as we do then basically we could go jump if there's any sort of problem. .

Yet again rent don't buy is the answer

So far 2 new remotes from True, they seems to be crap.

the one I have now replaced was 9 years old, The other one 8 years old so no real complaints re reliability of either
