NongKhaiKid Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 The car driver was so drunk he couldn't provide a urine sample ?
zyphodb Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 Well I hope the victims don't get lumbered with the extortionate bill that they'll get from the Bangkok hospital, still at least they can't have their passports held to ransom until they pay, as would happen if they were foreigners...
Pattaya28 Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 The car driver was so drunk he couldn't provide a urine sample ? Surely a "breathe" sample would have been more appropriate ? Or was the driver to drunk to "breathe" ?
Basil B Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 I hope the motor bike driver pulls through and has no lasting injuries. As for the car driver, firstly he may have had other ailments like being diabetic or the bang on the head he had, the police should get a doctor to check him over, the doctor could also offer to take blood sample, the doctors statement could be useful if the driver refuses to give a sample as to his opinion as to the drivers ability to drive due to drink or drugs.
