Hi,can anyone recommend a Thai Style Restaurant on the Beach that would be good to have a private party of about 40 guests and also for them to arrange food and music ?

You should try to ask Mojosons events if they can help you out, they organise a private party for my best friend's stag and it was epic! I don't know whether they can organise private beach party but that's definitely worth a try!
