eliotness
I'm confused, what has Germany's education system (last line) got to do with water management in Thailand ?
soalbundy
Herr Prugel is going to leave Thailand a very frustrated man,he will also have learnt that the reason for the damage to certain households in the recent German floods was because of the lack of Buddha amulets. williamgeorgeallen
yea and the dutch came over and told thais how to fix their flooding problems back in 2010. they submitted a report and it was ignored then the went home. pointless. poster above is right. build more dams, there is enough rainfall it just needs to be collected. unfortunately many dam projects fail as the money somehow drains away.
