Govt open websites to receive public complaints

The government has established a new website where people can lodge complaints.

A similar site used by the ousted Thaksin-Shinawatra government was closed after the September 19 coup.

According to Prime Minister's Office Minister Khunying Dhipavadee Meksawan the address of the new site was www.1111.co.th. It matches the 1111 telephone hotline for the same purpose.

The old address was www.rakang.thaigov.go.th.

I've got bad news for the boys, the site is not working. I think that they might need a helping hand or some wise guy placed it on the blocked list. Does anyone have actual access to it?

not working for me, also.

I just wanted to complain that the tax on wine and beer is too high.....

We had one fax machine at work, one which people kept inundating us with faxes, so we put a waste paper basket by it and chucked whatever arrived in there.

In the end we just unplugged the silly thing.

Seem like you are mending the complaints department :o now can I tell all my farang and thai friends to pm their grievance for your attention :D:D:D
