PATTAYA: -- At 04.00 am on 22nd June 2016 Pol Capt Sanan Kotanont Sub Inspector Inquiry Pattaya Police Station, was informed of an accident where a motorcycle had hit a road barrier near Soi 45 Sukhumvit Road heading to Sattahip.

At the scene Sawanboriboon Rescue workers found twenty two year old Mr. Kongkiat Chanchoat, lying face up with a large crack in his skull.

Rescue workers quickly covered Mr. Chanchoat, a construction worker, with a sheet as he had passed away due to the massive trauma of his head injury.

Next to his body, there was a flipped over, badly damaged purple and black Zoomer X.
