Anybody in the vicinity of the Mukdahan-Yasothon provincial region know where I can find a bar or other establishment that has coverage of the A.F.L.please? I am teaching in a village between these centres and can include Amnat Charoen as another option. I only know of the N-Joy bar in Ubon, but that is a little too far and the one time I went there they couldn't connect with the correct cable channel, so I am ruling that out..cheers!

You might try Friends Bar in Mukdahan, two blocks south of the main roundabout, left side. Their Facebook page has telephone number and map.

I live in the Yasothon area and couldn't find anywhere to watch the AFL.

I contacted the AFL in Australia and bought a weekly pass ( $17 USD) and watched it on the net. You can get all manner of passes up to a full season.

Good pic and no ads. Hooked a lead from my lap top to big screen tele and sat back with a Corona .

Not bad value imho.
