FBI Proves Clinton Committed Perjury Before Congress

"Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified under oath before the House Select Committee on Benghazi last October that she had turned over “all my work related emails” from her private email server to the State Department.

But on Tuesday, FBI director James Comey revealed that the agency had found “several thousand” work-related emails Clinton had not turned over, including three that included information that had been classified at the time that they had been sent."

The fix was in boys. Why there's absolutely no respect for the judicial system anymore...facepalm.gif

Effective lawyer for the defense if Hillary, FBI Director James Comey, made the case for her prosecution, but carefully replaced the term "gross negligence" with "extremely careless" and added the requirement for "intent". He has exceeded his responsibility as an investigator.

He may think he's been clever, but this sweep under the carpet has left a very large and obvious lump that everyone will be able to see and use as an example forever.

Hopefully, as a final act, she will be buried by the ballot.

Even though the polls have been overwhelmingly showing her ahead with the possibility of indictment hanging over her, now that that's been lifted, it's going to get worse? Really? Bitter much?

Oh no, the polls!!! The liberal media polls!!!

Just like in 2012! Please give my regards to President Romney.

Max , You are correct in your assertion "this sweep under the carpet has left a very large and obvious lump that everyone will be able to see and use as an example forever" , the outrage from the Sanders supporters seems to be even greater that the outrage from the Trump folks! The die hard Hillary supporters will believe anything that she spews forth, they remind me of the monkey holding his hands over his mouth, ears and eyes (hear no evil see no evil and speak no evil) except that they have blinders on as well. The first 14 minutes of Director Comeys 15 minute speech he went on and on as to how careless and reckless that Hillary Clinton was in not safeguarding classified material using multiple unsecured servers, this just re enforces the notion not only of Hillarys arrogance but her ignorance and incompetence as well, she really believes that she is above the law, and quite frankly Director Comey might have just seconded that notion today. Today was indeed a sad day for The U.S. and for American jurisprudencesad.png

A view of the FOX news fake scandal graveyard.

attachicon.giforiginal.jpg

Ah yes, you left wingers always trot out the old Fox news bogeyman when you don't want to face the factsbiggrin.png

I lost respect for the republican party for supporting the fake news.

They knows its BS or else the Full Senate would never have approved Hillary 94-2 as Secretary of State.

FOX is deplorable, full time nonsense, produced by Roger Ailes. All he wants to do is get the right wingers all riled up. He's good at it too.

I feel some sympathy for the FOX viewers. They watch that crap & their heads are about to explode.

I see them in the coffee shop in the morning doing their Hannity or O'reilly Impressions. HILLARY! BENGAZZI! LIBERALS!! PELOSI!! OBAMA!! BABY PARTS!! IT WAS A CARTOON!!!!!!!!!!

This 5 minute film explains what right wing news is doing to these guys.

Those of you thinking this email scandal is "fake" are either clueless or trolls.

The FBI Director listed the crimes Hillary committed, even said others doing the same would be punished, but that they aren't going to recommend it in this case.

Trump should get a massive bump from this as regular Americans begin to figure out that the gov't just pulled back the curtain and revealed what many have always expected, there are different laws for the people and the elite.

Sore loser?

The Director of the FBI said that despite the massive resources and effort put into this witch hunt, they could not find evidence of intent. Prosecutions generally proceed in these cases where there is intent to compromise security.

You expect Clinton to be treated differently under the law than others?

Of course one segment of the political spectrum does and when they don't get their way? Well the post above is just the start of the howling.

Intent is not part of the law. Comey invented it, apparently, in order to justify not prosecuting in this case, while he wanted to prosecute in the Petraeus case. http://www.nytimes.com/2016/07/06/us/david-petraeus-hillary-clinton-fbi.html?_r=0
