I'm having trouble with putting "racing" and "3 up on a 125" in the same sentence.

Does this description mean sort of en mass cruising with noise, attitude and smart phones ?

We call this "suicide by police". After a week of <deleted> targeting police back home I have no patience for people who disregard police authority.

Last month in Khon Kaen we saw a girl on a motorcycle disregard a police officer's order to stop. He reached out and grabbed her arm momentarily, but let go when he realized she wouldn't stop. Everyone in the car with me said it's a good thing the police officer let go. If she would have fallen she would have caused much trouble for him. In the US that would lead to an all points bulletin for her arrest. For a man it might even have lead to an unlawful beating. People need to obey police orders or revolt.

In my life I've had many, probably thirty or forty, interactions with police and only one was negative. He was the sort of guy they don't order to a suicide jumper. He'd be the one yelling "jump!"

Just letting anyone flee because it might endanger them or others isn't the answer.
