sandyf
My TMB ATM card was due to expire this month and a week or so ago I had a text saying I had to attend the branch for passport check before they would issue new card. Been today, no problem and they issued the new card there and then. Last time it just came in the post but at least they have increased the validity from 3 to 5 years. Wish HSBC would take note, my UK cards have only ever been 3 years. Their fraud department have just issued me with a new credit card with the same remaining validity that was on the original, 4 months, the mind boggles.
