Vientiane shows closed 19 and 20. http://vientiane.thaiembassy.org/en/embassy/calendar.php Probably not closed on 18, not sure. Vientiane does not show it as holiday. Savannakhet shows calendar from 2015 only But then also closed on both those holidays (Khao Pansa, Visakha Bucha). Post offices and most banks are also closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Banks (main branches) will close only for Monday, Tuesday and open Wednesday. Satellite branches such as at malls will be open.
