Maybe you need to go out more often and look around before you make useless comments. Plenty of these machines around , but Kubota has the smallest ones. I live in a village 10 clicks North of Mae Joe and in 20 years have never seen one in the hundreds of rai of rice fields I pass by almost daily, all planted by hand.
