In total 35 passengers were injured, but no fatalities have been reported. All 35 were initially taken to Chaiya hospital, where three of the injured still remain. Two of the injured were transferred back to Phuket, while others were later sent on to Taksin and Surat Thani hospitals.

A representative of the tour company that owns the bus – Rangwan Tours – told Phuket Post that the bus had left at 6.00am on Thursday evening from Phuket and had been expected to return from the Royal Flora Festival on 21 November. SERIOUSLY: My condolences to all the injured.

And did the truck driver flee the scene? If not , why not ?

Avoid the pain.

Take the train.
