UK Tourist visa for Thai - photographs

Featured Replies

This is fairly urgent as we appointment on monday.

I have read that now you don't need photos for the application. Can anyone confirm this.

If Photos needed what is the size 45x35 or 50x50 mm

Thabks

You can get the required photographs taken to the correct size in the Trendy building itself. I recently had some taken there for my UK passport and used the office on the ground floor to the right of the lifts.

As to whether they are still needed or not ....better safe than sorry.

if you are required to get the bio-metrics done i am pretty sure you do not need a photo, and near everyone has to have bio-metrics,

just make sure all your documents actualy get forwarded, as they tend to leave the odd vital one or two behind in the folder.

and if your wife/gf is not perfect in her reading English capabilites ask to go with her to check the checklist is done accurately.

the staff at VFS are very sloppy in their work.

No need for photos.

I submitted a visit visa application for my step son on Thursday. Btw, he received an email yesterday informing him that a decision had been made. Fast work. I just hope it's the right one
