So, unfortunately, it does not work for me. Try sleeping for only 40 minutes, the old "40 winks" works well for some people, and may have a scientific basis. Patsycat Posted July 20, 2016 Share Posted July 20, 2016 I like my little sitting up cat naps, if i lie down i am out for the whole afternoon. And then i wake up like it was the morning. Coffee, food. And then it is midnight. Bright eyed and bushy tailed. Annoy the neighbours with music.... not really. Watch rather interesting documentaries on the telly. Its amazing whats on the telly at 3 in the morning - i can't be the only one that watches it. Even now it is 2.35 am where i live. I am awake. In an hour i shall be asleep. It is hot, for Europe.
