What an excuse !!

So it is OK to drive over dogs ??

Burmese...case closed.

I took the 'Dog' excuse to mean the driver expected it to get out of the way as a dog would.

RIP to the little girl and condolences to the family.

I'd gladly donate if able to locate the family.
