Trying to find out if Penang is the easiest place to get a Double entry tourist visa and what supporting documents do they need, and is there any visa agents there to do it for you ?

A 2 entry tourist has not been available anywhere since the multiple entry tourist visa (METV) became available in November of last year. You can only get the METV in your home country.

You can easily get a single entry tourist visa in Penang.

You will only need your passport and a completed application form plus the fee for it.

You can use an agent that will submit your application and pick up your passport the next day after the application is done.
