Forget about a wooden pond here, it wont last long go for the red interlocking bricks with a plastic liner if you want something like that, easy to make and will last longer than wood.

Go to Thaiwhatsadu and buy one of them shrimp ponds, they come in different sizes. 

 

If it's not teak or redwood the termites will be oh so happy with a pond like this.
