BANGKOK, 5 August 2016 (NNT) – Deputy Malaysian Prime Minister Dato' Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi met with his Thai counterpart Wissanu Kruengarm in bid to promote cooperation between the two countries, especially in justice and drug issues.

The deputy Malaysian premier and Mr. Wissanu confirmed the two countries will celebrate the 60th anniversary of bilateral relationships in 2017.

They discussed topics related to the transfer of prisoners, the combating of transnational crimes, the suppression of drug trafficking and the situation in the southern Thai border provinces.

The deputy Thai premier reiterated that Thailand would be ready to cooperate with Malaysia in all aspects for the sake of mutual benefits.

Renegotiation of their commission's for the cross border trades?

I guess any talk of the 1mbd scandal is off the table. Najib is doing his darndest to deflect attention elsewhere. His smiling face is all over the news. Personally if this guy came close to me I would put my hands in my pockets as a security measure.
