aquario33 Posted August 6, 2016 Share Posted August 6, 2016 Since Airlines allows and provide counter payments for online booking , we choose said option today for our next visa trip. But, we didnt receive any itinerary or pay code as in the past always worked easy, though wit another airline. ( Nokair ) Anybody ever had similar problems, especially with Air Asia ? If we try to book the same flight again, it clearly says that" same item was already added".... No SMS , no email for payment code received within one hour....? Thanks for helpful answers. aquario33 Posted August 8, 2016 Author Share Posted August 8, 2016 UPDATE : Just went to the Air Asia Office Branch at Tha Phae Gate,next Starbucks, explained the situation and they found my bookings in the system, still on hold within the 24 h.
