Wonder how long the army will obey these rules:

 

Section 34 A person shall enjoy the liberty to express his opinion

 

Section 49 No person shall exercise his or her rights or liberties to overthrow the democratic regime of government

 

But then they always have this one to fall back on:

 

Section 107 The Senate shall consist of two hundred members selected among themselves of persons who possess knowledge, expertise, experience, profession, or common characteristic or interest,

FYI there is also a book you can buy that has all the Thai laws both criminal and civil. One side is in Thai the other translated into English.
