But for that also I need to come to Thailand first. Then what type of visa I should apply first.

You can start out with a single entry tourist visa that would allow a 60 day entry that can be extended for 30 days.

It would be setting up the company, applying for a work permit and then applying for a single entry non-b visa by using a work permit application approval letter as a one of the supporting documents. Then after you have the visa the work permit would be issued.

Can you suggest me consultant who could able to help me in all these procedures and my paper work.

Have you checked the list of occupations forbidden for non-Thais?

Any of the big law firms, pattaya, phuket, bkk etc.

Some people are happy to have a breakeven bar/coffeeshop etc, and see it as the cost of getting a WP/visa . If thats your aim then you could buy exsisting. If you think you have a million dollar idea, then set up from scratch
