Valsartin is an angiotensin II receptor blocker, which works differently to a beta-blocker. AFAIK valsartan has zero effect in terms of psoriasis, although it may affect libido. -

You can turn your health around by learning about what foods to eat/drink and avoid, and make sure you exercise and do easy love / stress-removing meditations, such as those at HeartMath.org. Could do with some support and advice here ?
From experience, when a relationship is going sour it is futile to try and salvage it. The damage then becomes a source of resentment to the innocent party. The longer one stays, the greater the harm. Whose welfare is more important, yours or hers? Permit me to doubt you can persuade her to change. Having been in one marriage and a long-term defacto relationship where I was shouldering most of the work, my Thai GF is a refreshing, hard-working change.
