August 17, 20169 yr I have an i-Mobile and have successfully used the TV app for more than a year. For a month or more it has stopped working. I constantly see the same message when I launch the app: "You are not logged in, or do not have permission to do this action", then it closes. I have deleted all the data (via Settings) including the app, rebooted and then re-installed the TV app. I still see the same error message. If it was showing because I wasn't logged in, it should give me the chance to login, but no, it runs for a couple of seconds then closes with that same message. Any suggestions?
August 17, 20169 yr There have been updates on this issue. I'd recommend using a browser interface, say Chrome, on a mobile device until the app. is up and running? I actually prefer that UI. http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/forum/127-android-and-ios-app-support/
August 17, 20169 yr I have an iOS phone and since the re-design/re-boot of the TV website, the app does not work. I have like bluesofa deleted it, re-installed several times and still does not work. I always mainly used the app as oppose to the website which I am sure many people prefer. I am surprised no info on the main website about any problems with the app, I am sure bluesofa and I are not alone. This is what my app is showing:
