The body of forty-year-old Mr Supan Panom was left lying in the road having been crushed by a lorry travelling in the other direction.

A witness, who was involved in the accident, thirty-five-year old Ms Sabeta, a Pattaya food vendor, said that she was riding her motorbike kitchen when the victim came past to overtake her. But the two bikes collided and Mr Panom was thrown to the right into the path of an oncoming lorry.

Sounds like it was not the truck driver,s fault to me. Either the victim or the food cart driver would appear to be at fault, and no way can a truck driver avoid a person suddenly thrown in front of his vehicle. Probably took off to avoid the paperwork, not the brightest thing to do :(

Very possible it happened that way but the driver should have stopped
