6 Month Calculation

So under the new rules after the 6th month and one has under 90 days, does the next 6th month period kick in and we are then entiled to another 90s days. So lets say from October-March someone has under 90 days. Now do we move on to the next 6 month period April-September for determining 90 days? I don't know maybe I'm just paranoid from reading everythign here. I'm a frequent traveler not a year round resident. Thanks.

ANY 180 day period max 90 days here on visa-exempt-stamps. So it is not a set 6 month period. So days you did here in March count until end August Etc. Cheers!
