Just noticed that disputed Bangkok governor Sukhumbhand is removed/suspended from office using article 44. EDIT: It's already in "The Nation" http://www.nationmultimedia.com/breakingnews/Sukhumbhand-suspended-from-duty-30293764.html He is not removed, "just" suspended.
