short time apartment/condo?

Featured Replies

Hello for all!

New in forum and this is my first post..hopefully not last :)

Anyway....I need rent condo/apartment with service, hotels are too expensive for 2 months visit.

Plan is come to Pattaya on 1.12.2016 and stay 2 months(to end of january)

Any suggestion where to find good and nice condo/apartment?with swimming pool +safety+wifi`?

Budget is about max 25-30t bath in month.

Pattaya central area is perfect for me..Beach road- 2.Road-Soi Buaknoa.

Regards:Jari

As aforementioned, Yensabai condo have 39 sq. m. studios for 14.5k and 78 sq. m. one bedroom apartments for 25k.

I don't know about good and nice, as it's a matter of taste.

Some units will have safes, some not. WiFi is extra(perhaps 1000 baht per month), but I give friends who stay there a MiFi with which to play.  They can get up to 57GB of 4G data for 1000 baht. Usually enough for most.

Check what airbnb will propose for you dates..

When dates are over month some operators have quite good discounts then..:)

try not to use the term     "short time"

When you said short-time condo/apartment, I was thinking you needed it for 2 hours for a bit of quick fun, not 2 months! Geez, you really are an Energizer Bunny, aren't you? lol
